Gettin’ Crafty (GC) takes your privacy seriously. This notice provides information on data gathered through our www.gettincraftyscottsdale.com (herein referred to as Website), and how you can make choices regarding the collection and use of that information.
When a consumer purchases merchandise through the GC Website, the following information is collected: full name, address, mobile phone number, email address, credit card billing address, credit card type used, credit card number, credit card security code, and credit card expiration date. Information may also be collected from users when they sign up through our mailing list or participate in a survey.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about visitors to the Gettin' Crafty Website. Information collected includes the following: IP address, location, operating system, mobile device/computer system, browser, browser settings, user flow through the Website, Website visitation duration, and pages visited. Information collected is restricted to the Gettin' Crafty Website and does not extend to other online activities or third-party websites users visit.

GC (through Wix) has partnered with several selected service providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate, and enhance our own. Children Under 13 years of age

How GC Use Information
GC gathers user information to improve the look and feel of the Website, to better understand GC customers, and to offer better products and incentives. User information collected provides a framework for customer behavior based on demographics and other criteria relevant to our marketing efforts. This information will be studied to enhance the success rate of our marketing campaigns. At certain times of the year, GC will send email promotions, coupons, birthday gift certificates, and other special offers using the data collected. Additionally, GPS location information will be for geographic targeting purposes.
How GC Protects Information
GC employs commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information GC collects automatically. GC uses standard security protocols and works only with reputable third-party vendors. The GC store is part of Wix Stores and uses a checkout process secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard of protection for online transactions. Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
As a general rule, GC does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer any information collected automatically or through your voluntary action. GC may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers to allow them to provide services to you. At present, the Website contains links to GC's Facebook and Instagram websites, and links to additional websites may be added in the future. Similar to other commercial websites, our Website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used.
